Surface treatment line
FUNDICIONES INALZA is a company specializing in the manufacturing of pressure die-cast aluminium and zinc parts. This company, founded in 1964, is located in Gijón (Asturias) and totals 2,500 square meters in size. Fundiciones Inalza manufectures parts for use in household appliance, automotive, electronics and plumbing industries, plus others, serving the major companies in said industries.

Mould design and mould making
The mould shop is also in charge of the upkeep of our customers moulds to keep them in top-quality condition.
Die-casting department
Equiped with 60 to 450 T injection machines, for cold and hot-chamber injection, capable of manufacturing parts of up to 2 kg in aluminium and 3 kg in zamak.
Automatic surfacing
A completely aoutomated process, brought about by its corresponding programming for each individual piece; as a result of this the work pressures are kept constant on the whole series to be surfaced, obtainig a final surfacing of a homogenous quality, without flaws in the profiles of the pieces.
Surface treatment line
A view of the Copper-Nickel-Chrome installation. Its programming allows for the carrying out of the entire process in a wholly automated fashion.
